Scope of work included site plan, grading and drainage plan, custom pool design with lap pool criteria, all retaining walls and steps, planting plan, lighting plan and irrigation coordination.  Construction details were developed for retaining walls and steps.

My office. Not a bad window view.

This is my office and my home.  An inspiring place to work.  Not in downtown anywhere.  I love it.

Prestigious Woodcreek Residence

This residence in the prestigious Woodcreek subdivision has been featured in 2 advertisements that I know of.  The home is great for entertaining with pool, privacy and outdoor kitchen and bathroom.  The orientation of the garage to the front door had the potential to have a large amount of concrete that would detract from the beauty of the home so I designed a courtyard look that turned a liability into an asset.  Scope of design services included entry courtyard, brick walls and iron, pool layout, planting plan, accent lighting plan, coordination of irrigation design and periodic construction observation.

Lake Murray residence

This very special residence on Lake Murray is one of my favorite projects.  The owner remodeled, majorly, and asked me to design the outside.  Scope of services included pool and arbor design, driveway layout, planting plan, coordination of irrigation design and periodic construction observation.  Drainage was a problem and was resolved with retaining walls and drain pipes.  A very nice gate and columns were added at the entry.  The arbor adds a beautiful and useful element not only adding shade area but screening the property next door.  This is a yard that makes it hard to go inside.
